ANMA is a cooperation between the managements of currently 30 NordplusMusic member institutions. The Association is composed of one representative from each member institution. 

The Executive Committee is responsible for the day to day work of the Association. The Executive Committee consists of Secretary General and one representative from each member country.

The Secretariat is responsible for the overall administration, accounting and the development of ANMA web profile.

The actions of ANMA are based on the approved Strategic Plan.
